1. What are the operation hours?

The Groenlândia and Pinheiros locations are open from Monday to Friday, 8am to 10pm, and Saturdays from 9am to 1pm. Faria Lima and Paulista are  24/7. However, both receptions operates from Mondays to Thursdays, 8am to 6pm and on Fridays from 8am to 5pm.

* to access our 24hs locations after the front dest hours, we ask our clients to send an e-mail 5 days in advance.

All our 4 locations are in São Paulo, SP – Brazil.

BRAIN is part of LExC, The League of Extraordinary Coworking Spaces. This partnership provides to our members access to more than 100 coworking spaces in more than 50 cities all over the globe. This ultimate coworking experience is included with all our Memberships.

4. What is the infrastructure provided?

All utilities such as, air conditioning, electricity, and Internet are all included in the cost of the monthly membership.
Cleaning, security and our common areas like kitchen equipped with microwave and fridge are also included.

5. How can I visit a venue?

You just have to schedule an appointment using one of the links bellow:

6. Where can park my car?

The Groenlândia venue has a third party valet parking service and the others have several public parkings near by.
We also encourage our members to commute by subway.

Shared offices - Membership

1. What's the difference between Flex and Fixed Membership?

With Fixed Membership, the workspace is reserved for the client. In other words, they will always work in the same place. Flex Membership, on the other hand, means that the client uses whatever space is available and can visit the various BRAIN sites.

2. What is included in the price of Flex and Fixed Membership?

The client has the following costs included in the same bill: rent, condominium, building rates and taxes, commercial address, administration support services, mail handling, cleaning services, IT infrastructure, internet with dedicated fiber optics and backup links, security, furniture, water, electricity and air-conditioning.

In the case of Fixed Membership, the client has also chest of drawers and 4 hours of meeting rooms.

3. Are meeting hours included in the price as well?

Our concept is to transform fixed costs into variable costs. This way, the client only pays for the use of meeting rooms according to their needs.

The Fixed Membership clients have 4 hours of meeting room use included.

4. What are the Administrative Support services?

Mail handling, commercial address and support in daily office activities.

5. Can someone else use my Membership?

No, all Memberships are linked to only one ID document.

6. Is the commercial address included?

Yes.

7. Is it possible to use all the sites?

Yes, all Memberships allows the access to the common areas of every location.

The Flex:  can work from any shared room and enjoy the club from any location.

The Fixed and Privet: can work from your own fixed venue and enjoy the services and club facilities from any location.

When having a visitor, everybody must use the common areas or rent a meeting room.

8. Can I have a telephone line?

You can have a personal line by utilizing a third party service called “Ura Eletrônica”.

Prices and plans can be required directly to than after becoming a member.

9. How does the mail management works?

As soon as we get the mail we e-mail our members and they pick it up in the reception.

If the mail is not collected within 5 days they’re discarted.

* this service has an extra cost for the Flex Members.

10. Is there a monthly contract?

Yes, for the Membership Flex we have 1, 6 and 12 months contracts.

For Fixed, just 12 months.

For privet rooms, please contact us.

The prices varies according to the length of the contract and early cancellation penalties may apply.

11. All Memberships have global access?

Yes, all of than!

12. How does the payments works?

All payments are fixed on the first day of the month and a invoice will be e-mailed to you including the extras.

13. How can I use me commercial address?

You can have it in your website, business card, etc.

14. Can I have just a commercial address?

We don’t have this specific kind of agreement, but the FLex Membership should work for you.

15. Can i have a taxes address?

No, just commercial address. However, we recommend a partner in Santana do Parnaiba that can take care of your needs. In this case, you hire a tax address service with this company and the other office addresses directly with BRAIN.

Private Room

1. What is the size of a room?

The private rooms vary in size and profile. We can accommodate clients that demand rooms from 1 person to more than 50.

2. What is included in the price of the room - Private Membership?

All utilities bill are included. Commercial address, administrative support services, mail handling, cleaning services, IT infrastructure, fast internet, security, furniture and air conditioning are included as well.

The client can also opt to bring their own furniture.

3. Is furniture made available?

No. The customization is done by the client.

4. Are the meeting rooms included?

Our concept is to transform fixed costs into variable costs. This way, the client pays for the use of meeting rooms according to their needs.

We can create a package for meeting room hours, if needs be.

5. Is there coffee and water?

The client can bring these items to their private room.

Some venues have a cafeteria services.

6. Is it possible to modify the room?

Yes, you can personalize and customize the room as they wish.

However, at the end of the contract, they must hand it back in its original state.

The Groenlândia Venue has a third party valet parking service and the others have several public parkings near by.

8. Which companies are at BRAIN?

We have many different companies and we truly believe that the more varied our ecosystem, the richer the exchanges!

9. How does the Custom Business Phone works?

You can have a personal line by utilizing a third party service called “Ura Eletrônica”.

10. Can I use my BRAIN address as my physical/taxes address?

No, just commercial address. However, we recommend a partner in Santana do Parnaiba that can take care of your needs. In this case, you hire a tax address service with this company and the other office addresses directly with BRAIN.

Meeting Room

1. What is the daily rate?

We have different meeting rooms per site, each one with distinct sizes, profiles and price.

// Pinheiros: two meeting rooms. One that feats up to 6 people and the other, 8 people.

// Groenlândia: one room the feats up to 10 people

// Paulista: one room the feats up to 6 people

// Faria Lima: one room the feats up to 6 people

2. What is included in the room?

All the infrastructure, like furniture, fast internet and TV projection.

4. If I go over my timeslot, can I use the common areas?

Preferably, we will try to accommodate you in another meeting room, if the room you’re using is reserved. If there isn’t a room available, the client can use the common areas.

4. For how many people are the meeting rooms?

We have several meeting rooms in our venues:

// Groenlândia: rooms for up to 25 people

// Paulista: rooms for up to 6 people

// Faria Lima: rooms for up to 6 people
